At the heart of its power delivery sits a direct 20-phase design powered by an INTERSIL digital PWM controller, each phase driven by a 90A Smart Power Stage. Dual 8-pin ATX 12V connectors alongside a supplementary 6-pin PCIe power connector ensure stable current delivery under heavy loads. Thermal management is addressed through a wavy-fin heatsink featuring an 8mm heatpipe, 7W/mK thermal pads, and an aluminium backplate collectively referred to as the Frozr Heatsink system.
