The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Spectrum V3 ARGB CPU Air Cooler (model RR-S4NA-17PA-R1) is a single-tower air cooler designed for builders who want reliable thermal performance alongside addressable RGB lighting, without exceeding a compact 152 mm height. That slim profile keeps the cooler compatible with a wide range of PC chassis that impose clearance restrictions, while still delivering meaningful airflow through its 120 mm Spectrum ARGB fan. At the heart of the design are four nickel-plated copper heat pipes arranged using Direct Contact Technology, which places the heat pipes flush against the CPU integrated heat spreader to maximise the contact surface and accelerate heat transfer into the aluminium fin stack. The silver nickel-plated finish on the heat pipes adds corrosion resistance and a premium visual appearance. The included 120 mm Spectrum ARGB fan spins between 650 and 1,750 RPM (±10%) via a 4-pin PWM connector, delivering up to 71.93 CFM of airflow and a maximum static pressure of 1.86 mmH₂O, while keeping noise at or below 31.4 dB(A) under full load. The fan carries ARGB certification for compatibility with Asus Aura Sync, ASRock Polychrome Sync, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, and MSI Mystic Light ecosystems through its 3-pin ARGB header. If no ARGB controller or compatible header is available, the fan automatically defaults to a spectrum lighting cycle — no software required. Note that an ARGB controller is not included.
