Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor the delivery status. Delays may occur during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Some items (e.g., personal care, hygiene products, or customized items) may be non-returnable—check the product page for details.

  • To start a return or exchange, contact our Customer Support with your order number and reason.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement as per policy.

You can update your shipping address in two ways:

Before placing an order:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to My Account > Addresses.

  3. Click “Edit” under Shipping Address.

  4. Enter the new address and click “Save Address.”

After placing an order:

  • If the order hasn’t shipped yet, contact our Customer Support immediately—we’ll try our best to update it.

  • If the order is already shipped, changes may not be possible, but you can try contacting the courier with your tracking number.

To track your order:

  1. Log in to your account and go to “My Account.”

  2. Click on the “Orders” section.

  3. Find your order and click “View” to see the current status.

  4. If your order has been shipped, you’ll find a tracking link or tracking number there.
