For workloads that depend on random access performance, the drive delivers up to 750K read IOPS and 700K write IOPS, supporting demanding applications and multitasking scenarios. The S90 uses 3D TLC NAND flash memory paired with an external DDR4 DRAM cache and SLC caching to help sustain performance under typical mixed workloads.
