The Cougar CFV235 Mesh Vision (SKU: CGR-2DA4W-MV) is a CEB-compatible mid-tower case built around a patented Central Floating Ventilation (CFV) architecture. Unlike conventional enclosures that place the PSU and main chamber side by side, the CFV235 suspends both compartments in a structural hollow — a free-floating void that allows air to enter from 270° of the chassis. This design simultaneously improves thermal performance and gives the case its distinctive floating aesthetic. The star feature is a 9.16-inch IPS TFT LCD panel integrated into the right-side panel area. Running at 1920×462 resolution with a 60 Hz refresh rate, it delivers real-time system telemetry — temperatures, fan speeds, and more — and accepts custom JPG, PNG, GIF, or MP4 content managed through desktop control software. An Aurora RGB lighting strip magnetically attaches inside the CFV void to illuminate the suspended channel from within. Out of the box, six fans come pre-installed: two 160mm ARGB PWM fans integrated into the 3-in-1 front panel module, one Unity 360 ARGB PWM Reversed fan at the bottom, and one 120mm ARGB PWM fan at the rear. The 3-in-1 module merges a mesh front panel, dual dust-filter layer, and the twin 160mm fans into a single removable unit that connects to the case via pogo pins — eliminating most front-panel cabling and simplifying maintenance. A universal PWM and RGB hub enables speed and lighting synchronisation across all installed fans, working either standalone via the included RGB button or through motherboard ARGB software. Dual magnetic dust filters at the roof and floor of the CFV channel keep airflow clean without tools. Cable routing is supported by 38mm of clearance behind the motherboard tray and five adjustable Velcro straps. A 1.5mm steel frame maintains rigidity despite the open-channel architecture.
