The COUGAR Conquer 2 (Model: CGR-9CM1O) is a full tower ATX cabinet designed for PC enthusiasts, overclockers, and modders who want their build to make a visual statement without compromising on thermal headroom. Its defining characteristic is an open metal frame structure combined with four tempered glass panels, giving you an unobstructed view of every component inside the chassis. The framework breaks away from conventional closed-panel designs, offering a bold aesthetic that exposes the internal sub-chassis to full view. At the heart of the Conquer 2’s lighting system is Cougar’s proprietary Trelux technology, which drives addressable RGB LEDs built directly into the chassis. One COUGAR ARGB fan comes pre-installed at the front. The Trelux system can operate as a standalone lighting controller or sync with a compatible motherboard via a 5V ARGB header, or through a COUGAR Core Box, enabling system-wide lighting coordination. Cooling flexibility is a clear priority. The front panel accommodates up to a 240mm radiator or dual 120mm fans, while the top panel supports radiators up to 360mm as well as 240mm and 120mm configurations. Up to three additional 120mm fans can be mounted on top, and two more at the front alongside the pre-installed unit. CPU tower coolers up to 150mm tall are supported, and graphics cards up to 400mm in length fit horizontally — confirmed compatible with RTX 3090, 3080, and 3070 class cards. The PSU bay accepts standard ATX PS2 units up to 220mm in length. Storage options include two 3.5-inch drive bays and four 2.5-inch positions (two dedicated plus two converted from the 3.5-inch bays). Expansion is handled by 8 + 2 slots. The front I/O panel provides one USB 3.1 Type-C port, two USB 3.0 ports, a microphone jack, an audio jack, a power button, and a dedicated RGB control button for the-fly lighting adjustments. The detachable sub-chassis design simplifies installation and cable management, letting builders remove sections of the interior to work more freely before reassembly.
