The Deepcool Gamerstorm Macube 550 is an ATX mid-tower PC case engineered around a minimalist aesthetic and practical airflow engineering. The left side panel is constructed from gray transparent tempered glass and is mounted using a permanent magnetic material rated at up to 24.5 N of attraction force — roughly the gravitational pull of 2.5 kg — making it easy to remove and reattach without tools or screws. The entire chassis is fabricated from 0.8 mm SGCC (hot-dip galvanised steel), which offers improved corrosion resistance and structural rigidity compared to standard cold-rolled SPCC steel. All metal surfaces receive a matte coating applied through an electrostatic spraying process, and the Gamerstorm branding is deliberately concealed on the front panel and handle bar, contributing to the case’s understated appearance. Airflow is managed through dual hidden intake channels positioned on either side of the front panel. These 6 mm-wide, low-damping channels funnel fresh air to front-mounted cooling options. A single 120 mm DC fan is pre-installed at the rear; the front can accommodate up to three 120 mm fans or radiators up to 360 mm, while the side panel supports fans up to 140 mm or radiators up to 360 mm. A rear 120 mm or 140 mm radiator mount is also supported. The Macube 550 accepts Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, and ATX motherboards up to a maximum of 305 × 276 mm. Graphics card clearance is 310 mm in the standard horizontal orientation, extendable to 420 mm when the GPU is installed vertically. CPU coolers up to 186 mm tall are supported. The power supply bay is designed for ATX PS2 units up to 170 mm in length. Cable routing benefits from 25 mm of rear clearance. Storage provision includes four 3.5-inch drive bays, three 2.5-inch drive bays, and no 5.25-inch optical bays.
