The Fractal Design Define 7 XL Light Tint is a full tower PC cabinet engineered for enthusiast and workstation builds that demand maximum flexibility, extensive cooling headroom, and meticulous cable management. Built around a dual-layout interior, the Define 7 XL accommodates motherboards from Mini-ITX all the way up to E-ATX and SSI-EEB form factors, making it one of the most versatile chassis in its class. The cabinet offers two distinct interior configurations. In the Open Layout, graphics cards up to 549 mm in length fit with ease (524 mm with a front fan installed), while storage-focused builders can switch to the Storage Layout for up to 18 HDD or SSD positions — supported by six universal 3.5"/2.5" drive brackets, two dedicated 2.5" brackets, and two Multibrackets included in the box. Two 5.25" optical drive bays are also present and can be converted to an additional filtered front fan mount. Cooling performance is a defining strength.
