The Fractal Design Meshify 2 XL Light is a full tower PC cabinet engineered for enthusiast and workstation builds that demand maximum space, airflow, and configurability. Built around the iconic angular mesh front panel, it channels filtered air directly to components while maintaining a purposeful, stealth-inspired aesthetic. At the heart of the Meshify 2 XL Light is a dual-layout interior. In Storage Layout, the case accommodates up to 18 HDDs (with optional accessories) and 5 SSDs, along with graphics cards up to 359 mm long. Switch to Open Layout and the GPU clearance expands to 549 mm (524 mm with a front fan installed), making room for even the most demanding multi-slot cards. The internal volume of 77.2 litres ensures there is ample space for large reservoirs and custom water-cooling loops. Motherboard support extends from Mini-ITX all the way to SSI-EEB and E-ATX form factors, making this one of the most broadly compatible full tower cases available. CPU air coolers up to 185 mm tall fit without issue, and ATX power supplies up to 250 mm long are supported when both HDD cages are installed. Cooling capability is a defining strength.
