The GIGABYTE X870E Aorus Master X3D is a full-ATX motherboard built on the AMD X870E chipset with Socket AM5, designed to pair with AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000, and 7000 series processors. At its core is GIGABYTE's X3D Turbo Mode 2.0, which uses a built-in AI model alongside dedicated hardware circuits to dynamically tune AMD Ryzen X3D processor parameters in real time. This technology offers two distinct modes — Extreme Gaming Mode and Max Performance Mode — allowing users to switch profiles depending on their workload. Memory support extends to four DDR5 DIMM slots in a dual-channel configuration, with a maximum capacity of 256 GB (64 GB per DIMM). Overclocking is supported up to 9000 MT/s, and the board is compatible with both AMD EXPO and Intel XMP profiles. The VRM topology uses an 18+2+2 phase digital-twin design to deliver stable power delivery for high-performance CPU operation.
