The Gigabyte Z790 Aero G DDR5 is an ATX form-factor motherboard built on the Intel Z790 Express Chipset, designed for 12th and 13th Generation Intel Core, Pentium Gold, and Celeron processors using the LGA1700 socket. With a clean aesthetic and productivity-focused feature set, it suits content creators and power users who demand both connectivity and storage bandwidth in a single platform. Memory support spans four DDR5 DIMM slots capable of holding up to 128 GB of system RAM (32 GB per DIMM), operating in dual-channel mode. Native DDR5-4800 is supported alongside XMP overclocking profiles reaching DDR5-7600, giving builders significant headroom for performance tuning. Storage options are a standout: one PCIe 5.0 x4 M.2 slot (supporting up to 25110-length drives) sits alongside four PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 slots and four SATA 6 Gb/s ports.
