The Intel Core Ultra 5 245K is a 14-core desktop processor from Intel’s Core Ultra Processors (Series 2) lineup, designed for the LGA1851 (FCLGA1851) socket platform. It combines six Performance-cores running at a 4.2 GHz base and up to 5.2 GHz turbo with eight Efficient-cores clocked at 3.6 GHz base and 4.6 GHz turbo. Intel Thread Director works at the hardware level to route workloads dynamically to the appropriate core type, enabling smooth multitasking alongside demanding applications such as gaming, video editing, and content creation. An integrated Intel AI Boost NPU delivers up to 13 TOPS (Int8), enabling device AI acceleration for supported applications and Windows Studio Effects.
