The Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic Designed by Razer is a dual-chamber E-ATX mid-tower cabinet crafted for builders who want full hardware visibility and deep RGB integration. The chassis features a seamless front tempered glass panel combined with brushed aluminium trim, and a full side tempered glass panel, giving a showcase-quality view of internal components. The body is constructed from 1.0 mm SECC steel, while all exterior panels use tempered glass and aluminium — a combination that balances rigidity with aesthetics. Three RGB light strips are embedded in the chassis and controlled entirely through Razer Synapse 3 software. Synapse 3 manages 70 individually addressable LEDs with five lighting modes: Static, Spectrum Cycling, Starlight, Breathing, and Wave. Compatible select MSI and ASRock motherboards can also synchronise their board RGB via Synapse 3 using MSI Mystic Light and ASRock Polychrome Sync respectively. The cooling architecture is one of the most flexible in its class. The top, bottom, and side positions each support up to a 360 mm radiator, enabling triple-radiator configurations without component interference. Fan mounting covers up to three 120 mm fans on the top (or two 140 mm), three 120 mm fans on the side, and three 120 mm fans on the bottom. CPU cooler height clearance is up to 155 mm, and GPU clearance is up to 420 mm in length and 159 mm in height. Storage accommodates up to six 2.5-inch SSDs and up to three 3.5-inch HDDs. The dual-PSU capability allows the drive caddy to be replaced with a second power supply unit, with PSU length supported between 210 mm and 255 mm. Eight expansion slots are available for multi-GPU or expansion card configurations. Front I/O includes two USB 3.0 ports, one USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C port, and HD Audio. Four magnetic dust filters (top × 1, side × 2, bottom × 1) provide protection across all major airflow paths. An angled motherboard tray and rear cable-management bar work together to keep cabling tidy within the secondary chamber.
