MSI MAG 342CQR E2 34 Inch Curved Gaming Monitor

The MSI MAG 342CQR E2 is a 34-inch ultrawide curved gaming monitor designed for players who demand smooth, detailed visuals across a wide field of view. Built around a VA panel with a 1500R curvature, it wraps your peripheral vision in an immersive arc that suits both competitive gaming and extended play sessions. At its core, the monitor runs a 180Hz refresh rate with a 1ms MPRT response time, helping to reduce motion blur and keep fast-paced scenes sharp. AMD FreeSync Premium adaptive sync technology works alongside compatible AMD graphics cards to minimise screen tearing across the supported 48–180Hz variable refresh range. The UWQHD (3440 x 1440) resolution delivers significantly more screen real estate than a standard 1080p display at the same size, making it useful for both gaming environments and productivity layouts. The 21:9 aspect ratio provides extra horizontal workspace that suits games with wide-field rendering as well as side- side application use. PiP and PbP modes let you display content from two sources simultaneously. Color coverage is rated at 95% DCI-P3 and 93% Adobe RGB (CIE1976 standard), with a 3000:1 native contrast ratio that benefits dark scenes. The panel supports 10-bit colour depth (8-bit + FRC) and outputs approximately 1.07 billion colours. Brightness is specified at 300 nits typical, and the display carries an HDR Ready designation. MSI's AI Vision feature is designed to bring out detail in darker areas and adjust overall image presentation. Connectivity includes one DisplayPort 1.4a port (supports UWQHD up to 180Hz) and two HDMI 2.0b ports (UWQHD up to 100Hz each), plus a 3.5mm headphone output. The monitor has no built-in speakers. The stand offers height adjustment of up to 90mm, tilt 5° to +20°, swivel 30° to +30°, and pivot 5° to +5°. VESA mounting is supported at 75×75mm. A Kensington lock slot and frameless design round out the physical feature set.
