It pairs an aggressive power delivery system with a comprehensive connectivity suite to serve demanding gaming and content-creation workloads. Power and stability come from a 16+2+1 digital power phase design, driven by an INTERSIL digital PWM controller. Each phase uses 90A Smart Power Stages, and the board ships with dual 8-pin CPU power connectors arranged in an exclusive Mirrored Power Arrangement to distribute load evenly. Cooling support for the VRM includes an aluminum cover, connecting heat pipe, and 7 W/mK thermal pads.
