The SilverStone ST1000-PTS (model SST-ST1000-PTS) is a 1000W fully modular ATX power supply from SilverStone’s Strider Platinum series, certified to the 80 PLUS Platinum efficiency standard. Rated at 89% to 92% efficiency across a 20% to 100% load range, it is engineered to minimise wasted heat and help reduce long-term electricity consumption in demanding desktop systems. A defining characteristic of the ST1000-PTS is its powerful single +12V rail, which delivers up to 996W of combined 12V output — well suited to high-end discrete graphics cards and processor configurations, as well as overclocked builds. The combined +3.3V and +5V rail is rated at 120W, rounding out a balanced power delivery architecture. Cooling is handled by a single 120mm HYB (hybrid) fan, with a minimum noise level of 18 dBA, allowing the unit to operate quietly under typical workloads. The included FF122 magnetised fan filter attaches and removes easily and helps reduce dust ingress over time.
