The Thermaltake Astria 400 ARGB is a single-tower CPU air cooler built around six Φ6mm U-shaped copper heat pipes that make direct contact with the CPU integrated heat spreader. This direct-touch design accelerates heat transfer away from the processor and distributes it across an aluminium fin stack, which has been redesigned to promote greater airflow compared to conventional fin arrangements. The result is a rated cooling capacity of 230W TDP, making the Astria 400 a capable solution for mainstream and enthusiast-class processors. Aesthetics are central to the Astria 400's identity. A shaped top cover houses 18 addressable RGB LEDs arranged to produce a flowing meteor-shower lighting effect. The included 120mm ARGB fan adds a further 9 LEDs, bringing the total LED count to 27. Both the top cover and fan connect via 5V ARGB headers, so lighting can be synchronised and customised through compatible motherboard software from major board partners. The 120mm fan operates on PWM control across a speed range of 500 to 1800 RPM. At maximum rated speed it delivers 65.0 CFM of airflow and 2.56 mm-H2O of static pressure, while producing no more than 26.8 dBA of acoustical noise — a balance suited to users who want effective cooling without intrusive fan noise during typical workloads.
