The Thermaltake Astria 400 ARGB Lighting CPU Air Cooler (Black) is a single-tower air cooler engineered to deliver up to 230 W of thermal dissipation capacity — enough headroom for mainstream and enthusiast desktop processors on both Intel and AMD platforms. At its core are six Φ6 mm U-shaped copper heat pipes arranged in a direct-contact layout that draws heat away from the integrated heat spreader quickly and distributes it across an aluminium fin stack redesigned for improved airflow density. The included 120 × 120 × 25 mm fan operates on a PWM curve spanning 500 to 1800 RPM, producing 65.0 CFM of airflow and 2.56 mm-H2O of static pressure while keeping acoustical noise at a measured 26.8 dBA at maximum speed — a practical balance between thermal performance and day-to-day sound comfort. Fan power draw is rated at 1.8 W (12 V) with an additional 1.55 W for the 5 V ARGB circuit. Lighting is a standout element.
