The Thermaltake Toughliquid Ultra 280 RGB is a 280mm all-in-one CPU liquid cooler built for enthusiasts who want both performance and personalisation in a single package. At its heart is a copper water block that pulls heat rapidly away from the CPU, feeding it into a 456 x 140 x 27 mm aluminium radiator where two 140mm PWM fans—spinning between 500 and 2000 RPM—push the heat out of your case. The pump runs at a rated 3500 RPM with a 12V supply, ensuring constant coolant circulation without requiring any top-up thanks to the low-evaporation rubber tubing (460 mm length). The standout feature is the 2.1-inch IPS TFT-LCD panel mounted on the pump head. With a 480×480 pixel resolution and a rotation range of 0° to 270°, the display can be oriented to suit any case layout. Through a Micro-USB to USB 9-pin interface and the TT RGB Plus 2.0 software (Windows 10/11), you can push JPEG, GIF, PNG, MP4, MOV, and AVI files to the screen, or switch to live system-temperature and clock readouts, or even a local weather widget—giving your build a genuinely functional aesthetic centrepiece. Lighting across the radiator and fans is managed by the same TT RGB Plus 2.0 ecosystem, with NeonMaker support for users who want to script custom lighting sequences. Fan speed, lighting profiles, and display content are all configurable from a single software interface.
