The Thermaltake CTE E550 TG Snow is a dual-chamber mid-tower chassis designed for enthusiast PC builders who want full visibility of their components without sacrificing airflow or build flexibility. Three tempered glass panels — front, rear, and left side — wrap around the chassis to deliver a panoramic view of internals that rivals open-frame designs while keeping everything protected and dust-controlled. One of the defining features of the CTE E550 TG Snow is its three-way GPU installation system. Builders can mount their graphics card in a traditional upright-forward orientation, hang it vertically in an upright configuration, or float it centrally in the chassis using the included floating GPU bracket paired with a separately purchased 400mm PCIe 4.0 riser cable. This flexibility lets you tailor the visual focal point of your build. The chassis is also designed to work with next-generation hidden-connector motherboards from ASUS, MSI, and Gigabyte alongside standard ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX boards. Up to an E-ATX (12″×10.5″) form factor is supported, giving maximum compatibility headroom for high-end platform builds. Cooling headroom is generous. The motherboard side and bottom can accommodate DIY radiators up to 420mm, and AIO liquid coolers up to 420mm or 360mm on the motherboard side. A 240mm AIO fits at the top. Fan positions total eight slots supporting 120mm or 140mm fans across the motherboard side and bottom, plus two 120mm at the top. Storage and cable routing live in the right chamber, which houses an HDD cage and a drive plate. Velcro straps and cable ties are included in the accessory box, and multiple anchor points help keep wiring organised out of sight. Removable dust filters at the top, bottom, and right side of the chassis guard against particulate ingress and can be cleaned without tools.
