The ALSEYE Halo H120D V2.0 PWM RGB is a single-tower CPU air cooler designed for builders who need broad platform compatibility and effective heat dissipation in a compact form factor. At its core, six U-shaped heat pipes draw heat away from the CPU contact base and distribute it rapidly across a high-density aluminium fin stack, maximising surface area for airflow to work through. The copper contact base undergoes a mirror-polishing process and receives a nickel-plating finish. This treatment creates a flat, reflective mating surface that improves thermal transfer between the CPU integrated heat spreader and the cooler base. Proper mounting pressure is achieved through the included hardware, which is compatible with a wide range of Intel and AMD sockets. Two 120mm Halo fans are included, each featuring a nine-blade design. ALSEYE states that the additional blades, compared to a standard seven-blade configuration, improve static pressure and airflow. Both fans connect via a 4-pin PWM header, allowing the motherboard or fan controller to modulate speed automatically based on thermal load.
