The ASUS ProArt X870E-Creator WiFi is a professional-grade ATX motherboard built on the AMD X870E chipset, designed specifically for content creators who demand both sustained performance and premium connectivity. It supports AMD Socket AM5 processors across the Ryzen 9000, 8000, and 7000 series desktop lineups, making it a forward-compatible platform for demanding creative workflows. At the heart of its power delivery is a 16(80A)+2(80A)+2 power stage configuration, where each high-side and low-side MOSFET stage is rated for up to 80 amps. This robust VRM design ensures stable, efficient power delivery across a wide range of CPU loads, from lightly threaded tasks to heavily multi-threaded rendering and encoding workloads. For memory, the board features four DDR5 DIMM slots capable of holding up to 192GB of RAM, with support for speeds reaching 8000+ MT/s (OC) across all three compatible Ryzen processor families. Both AMD EXPO and ASUS AEMP overclocking memory profiles are supported, alongside ECC and Non-ECC unbuffered DIMMs in a dual-channel configuration. Connectivity is a standout strength of this platform. The rear I/O delivers two USB4 ports at 40 Gbps each (USB Type-C), one USB 20 Gbps Type-C port, seven USB 10 Gbps Type-A ports, and one USB 2.0 Type-A port — 11 rear USB ports in total. A front-panel USB 20 Gbps connector adds Quick Charge 4+ support with up to 30W power delivery.
