At its core is a dual-chamber pump powered by a three-phase motor that operates at up to 2500 RPM (±10%) and draws a maximum of 3.6W, keeping power consumption low while maintaining steady coolant circulation. The pump head measures 67.6 × 82.3 × 55.5 mm and features a large copper base plate for direct contact with the CPU heat spreader, enabling effective thermal transfer.
