With its 20+2 power phase design and 90A Smart Power Stage (SPS) Dr.MOS components, the board delivers clean, stable voltage to demanding multi-core Xeon processors, while a composite VRM heatsink — incorporating an XXL aluminum-alloy body, aluminum fin array, heat pipe, and triple EBR cooling fans — keeps the power delivery subsystem well within thermal limits under sustained workloads.
