The ASRock X870 Steel Legend WIFI is a full-size ATX motherboard built on AMD's X870 chipset for the AM5 socket. At the heart of the power delivery system is a 14+2+1 phase design using 80A Dr.MOS components for VCore and SOC rails. ASRock pairs this with proprietary 20K Black capacitors rated at 20,000 hours with a capacitance of 1,000µF per unit — an upgrade over standard 560µF capacitors — intended to reduce voltage ripple and deliver more stable output current under demanding workloads. The PCB itself uses an 8-layer construction to support cleaner signal routing and improved power delivery efficiency.
