Overview
The ASRock Z370M Pro4 is a Micro ATX motherboard built on the Intel Z370 chipset, designed to support 8th Generation Intel Core processors via the LGA 1151 socket. It pairs a robust 10-phase Digi Power design with ASRock's Super Alloy components — including a 45A Premium Power Choke and Sapphire Black PCB with High Density Glass Fabric — to deliver stable power delivery for everyday computing and overclocking alike. Memory flexibility is a standout capability. Four DDR4 DIMM slots support up to 64GB of non-ECC unbuffered RAM in Dual Channel mode, with native speeds of DDR4 2133/2400/2666 and overclocked profiles reaching up to DDR4 4300 (OC) via XMP 2.0. Note that the 8th Gen Intel CPU itself caps native DDR4 support at 2666 MHz; speeds above that require overclocking. Storage options are extensive. Six SATA3 6.0 Gb/s connectors support RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10 configurations, while two Ultra M.2 sockets (both supporting PCIe Gen3 x4 at up to 32 Gb/s) cater to high-speed NVMe SSDs.
