The ASUS ROG STRIX B860-I Gaming WIFI is a Mini-ITX motherboard built for Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors on the LGA1851 socket, pairing compact dimensions with a feature set that caters to serious gamers and AI-workload enthusiasts alike. Despite its small footprint, it refuses to compromise on connectivity or performance headroom. At the heart of its memory subsystem is DDR5 support with dual-channel operation and a maximum capacity of 128 GB. Enhanced signal routing allows CUDIMM kits to reach speeds well beyond 9,000 MT/s, and ASUS Enhanced Memory Profile III (AEMP III) alongside Intel XMP support make tuning straightforward. The DIMM Fit BIOS utility analyses installed modules individually to flag compatibility issues before they become problems. Expansion is handled by a single PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, keeping the board future-ready for the latest discrete GPUs without bandwidth penalties.
