The ASUS ROG Strix X870-I Gaming WIFI is a Mini-ITX motherboard built around AMD's X870 chipset and the AM5 socket, designed for builders who demand enthusiast-grade performance in a compact form factor. It supports AMD Ryzen 9000, Ryzen 8000, and Ryzen 7000 series desktop processors, giving users access to the latest AMD CPU generations without sacrificing size constraints. At the heart of its connectivity story are two USB4 Type-C ports on the rear panel, each running at 40 Gbps, which also double as display outputs alongside the single HDMI port. This makes the X870-I a capable hub for high-speed peripherals and multi-display configurations even from onboard graphics. The rear I/O further includes five USB 10 Gbps ports (four Type-A and one Type-C), three USB 2.0 ports, and an Intel 2.5 Gb Ethernet port for reliable wired networking.
