The BenQ Ergo BDH01 is a dual-monitor arm desk mount designed for professionals and home-office users who run two displays simultaneously. Built around a gas-spring mechanism that has been cycle-tested 25,000 times, the arm maintains its position reliably over years of daily adjustments, preventing the gradual sag common in friction-based alternatives. Each arm accommodates screens sized 17 to 35 inches and supports a load of 2 to 20 kg per screen, making the BDH01 compatible with a wide range of monitors — from compact secondary displays up to large ultrawide panels. Both arms accept VESA mounting patterns of 75×75 mm and 100×100 mm, which covers the vast majority of monitors currently on the market, including several BenQ models such as the GW2490, GW2790, and PD-series designer monitors. Adjustability is a core strength. The arm extends up to 568 mm (22.4 inches) from the desk post, giving you significant depth control. Screen rotation spans a full 360-degree range (180° in either direction), swivel reaches 90° left or right, and tilt moves 50° upward to 20° downward. This combination lets you switch between landscape and portrait orientations, angle screens to reduce glare, or fine-tune the layout for collaborative viewing. Desk installation is flexible: the BDH01 mounts via either a clamp or a grommet, accommodating desktops without pre-drilled holes. Integrated cable management channels keep power and data cables routed neatly through the arm. For thin, glass, or otherwise fragile tabletops, a steel reinforcement plate is included in the box — it distributes clamping force and protects the surface from scratches and deformation. With reinforcement plates the supported desk thickness is 12 to 45 mm; without them, 17 to 50 mm.
