At the heart of the Hyper 612 APEX are six in-house designed super-conductive composite heat pipes that draw heat away from the CPU base plate and channel it efficiently through the aluminium fin stack. Two Mobius 120P fans — each 120 mm in diameter and controlled via PWM — move air through the heatsink. PWM control allows the system fan curve to dynamically adjust fan speed, helping balance cooling performance against noise output depending on workload. The cooler ships with a removable top cover that serves a dual purpose: it enhances the stealth-black aesthetic with sleeker lines and modern finishes, and it can be removed to simplify installation and ongoing maintenance.
