Overview
The Cougar OmnyX ARGB ATX Mid Tower Cabinet in White is built around Cougar's Omnidirectional Dynamic Flow (ODF) System — a symmetrical chassis architecture that supports right, left, and centre orientations without sacrificing airflow or functionality. Dual transparent tempered glass panels put your build on display from any angle, so your components look just as good as they perform. Out of the box, the OmnyX ships with four pre-installed 160mm ARGB PWM fans: two forward-blade units at the front for cold air intake and two reverse-blade units at the rear for hot air exhaust. This mirrored front-to-rear arrangement creates a direct, uninterrupted airflow path across your GPU regardless of how the case is oriented. The integrated universal fan hub allows PWM speed and ARGB lighting to be coordinated without requiring separate software or motherboard RGB sync — though motherboard hub sync is also supported via the onboard 5 V 3-pin ARGB connector. The OmnyX supports GPUs up to 380 mm in length with bracketless vertical mounting, which aligns the card with gravity for added stability and maximises its surface area exposure to airflow. CPU coolers up to 170 mm tall are accommodated, and the PSU bay accepts units up to 200 mm long. Motherboard compatibility spans Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, and ATX form factors, and the case is also compatible with reverse-connector boards such as ASUS BTF, MSI Project Zero, and Gigabyte Project Stealth. An ambidextrous I/O module rides on a sliding rail system, positioning on either the left or right side of the case. The port array includes 2× USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, 4× USB 3.0 Type-A, and a 4-pole headset audio jack. All cabling is routed through an integrated base compartment for a clean interior from the moment of assembly, with magnetic dust filters and quick-release cable management covers simplifying ongoing maintenance. Detachable fan, SSD/HDD, and PSU brackets ease component installation further.
