Its standout feature is a built-in digital status screen that shows live CPU temperature and usage data, along with a high-temperature warning alert. The display connects to your motherboard via a standard 9-pin USB 2.0 header and is managed through a dedicated software application, making configuration straightforward. Built on the proven AK620 platform, this cooler uses Deepcool's CTT2.0 technology and features six 6 mm copper heat pipes paired with a pure copper cold plate for efficient heat transfer from processor to heatsink. The dense dual-tower aluminium fin stack maximises surface area for heat dissipation, and two 120 mm fans with fluid dynamic bearings (FDB) move air quietly and reliably. Fan speeds range from 500 to 1850 RPM with a maximum noise output of 28 dB(A), striking a practical balance between thermal performance and acoustic comfort.
