The Deepcool CG540 ARGB is a mid-tower PC cabinet designed to accommodate builds ranging from Mini-ITX up to E-ATX motherboards, making it a versatile platform for both entry-level and high-end system configurations. Its dual-tempered-glass construction — covering both the side and front panels — delivers an unobstructed view of the internal components while maintaining structured airflow through optimised ventilation cutouts. Out of the box, the CG540 comes with four pre-installed fans: three 120mm ARGB fans positioned at the front intake and one 140mm fan at the rear exhaust. The front ARGB fans illuminate through the tempered glass panel, and their lighting effects can be cycled directly using the reset button on the front I/O panel, removing the need for additional software for basic lighting control. Cooling flexibility is a key strength of this chassis. It supports up to six 120mm or five 140mm case fans across front, top, and rear positions. Radiator support extends to a 360mm unit at the front, a 280mm unit on the top, and a 120mm or 140mm unit at the rear — accommodating a wide range of all-in-one and custom liquid cooling setups. CPU coolers up to 175mm tall and graphics cards up to 380mm long are supported, covering the vast majority of current-generation components. Storage options include two 2.5-inch SSD bays on the backplate and two 3.5-inch HDD bays beneath the PSU shroud, keeping drives neatly out of sight. Seven expansion slots provide ample room for multi-GPU or PCIe accessory configurations, and the independent slot baffles can be removed and reused for a cleaner installation experience. Cable management and day-to-day maintenance are addressed through magnetic dust filters and slide-and-latch side panel access, reducing the time needed for cleaning and component swaps.
