The Intel Core Ultra 7 265K is a high-performance desktop processor belonging to Intel’s Core Ultra Processors (Series 2), codenamed Arrow Lake. It represents a significant architectural shift for Intel’s desktop lineup: rather than a traditional monolithic die, the 265K is assembled from four distinct silicon tiles interconnected via Intel’s Foveros packaging technology on an interposer substrate. This multi-tile design enables tighter integration and higher inter-tile bandwidth compared with conventional approaches.
