The Kingston DC600M 1.92TB 2.5-inch SATA3 Internal SSD is a fourth-generation data center drive engineered for mixed-use server workloads. Built on 3D TLC NAND with an onboard DRAM cache, it pairs strong sequential throughput with the consistent steady-state latency that system integrators, hyperscale data centers, and cloud service providers demand. The drive connects via SATA Revision 3.0 at 6 Gb/s and is backwards compatible with SATA Rev. 2.0 at 3 Gb/s, so it drops into existing infrastructure without additional adapters. Reliability is a central design priority. Hardware-based power-loss protection — implemented through onboard hold-up capacitors — safeguards in-flight data against unexpected power failures and ensures the drive reinitialises cleanly on the next system power-up. Static and dynamic wear levelling extends the service life of the NAND cells across the full 1.92 TB capacity.
