Montech HyperFlow ARGB 360 CPU Liquid Cooler

The Montech HyperFlow ARGB 360 is a 360mm all-in-one liquid CPU cooler designed for builders who want both thermal headroom and addressable RGB aesthetics in one package. Its aluminium radiator measures 397 × 120 × 27 mm with a single-row 20 FPI fin array, keeping the unit slim while maintaining efficient heat transfer from the integrated 400 mm tubing run. At the heart of the cooler is a PWM-controlled pump housed in a 68.8 × 68.8 × 53 mm block. The pump spins at up to 3,100 RPM (±10%) and generates no more than 28 dB(A) of noise at maximum speed, drawing just 3.6 W at 12 V DC. An ARGB head block with a 5 V 3-pin connector ties the pump lighting into compatible motherboard ARGB headers. Three Montech Metal Pro 12 ARGB fans are pre-installed on the radiator. Each 120 × 120 × 28 mm fan uses a fluid dynamic bearing (FDB) for longevity and smoother operation. Fan speed scales between 600 and 2,200 RPM (±10%) via 4-pin PWM control, delivering up to 76.2 CFM of airflow at 3.81 mmH₂O static pressure with a maximum noise level of 29.1 dB(A). Each fan draws 2.16 W and connects its ARGB LEDs through a dedicated 5 V 3-pin header. Compatibility is broad: the mount supports Intel LGA 115X, 1200, 1700, 20XX, and 1851 sockets as well as AMD AM3, AM4, and AM5. Pre-applied thermal paste and an included stencil for reinstallation mean the cooler is ready to install straight from the box. Two tube holders are also included to assist with cable and tube routing. Montech backs this cooler with a 6-year warranty.
