At the core of the power delivery system sits a 16+1+1 phase design driven by an INTERSIL digital PWM controller, paired with 90A Smart Power Stage components and dual 8-pin ATX 12V connectors. This arrangement is intended to deliver stable, clean power to the CPU even under sustained high-load conditions. Cooling is addressed through a stacked fin array, VRM heat-pipe routing, Frozr heatsink design, MOSFET baseplate contact, and individual M.2 Shield Frozr covers for each of the three onboard M.2 slots.
