The MSI MPG Sekira 500X is a mid-tower gaming cabinet designed to accommodate E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards inside a brushed aluminium chassis. Its most striking visual element is a pair of hinged swing doors fitted with 4mm thick tempered glass panels, allowing a clear view of your components without tools required for removal. Four pre-installed fans come bundled in the box: one 200mm ARGB fan and one 200mm system fan at the front, two 200mm ARGB fans on top, and one 120mm ARGB fan at the rear. All ARGB fans connect through a built-in 1-to-8 ARGB LED hub, which also supports additional LED strips for further customisation. Lighting is managed via MSI Mystic Light software, offering synchronisation with compatible Mystic Light Sync-enabled motherboards and peripherals. The Sekira 500X supports custom liquid cooling through an extractable radiator bracket that can be removed and installed without tools. Radiator support spans 120mm, 140mm, 240mm, 280mm, and 360mm configurations across the front, top, and rear positions. The front accepts up to a 280mm radiator, the top up to a 360mm radiator, and the rear a single 120mm unit. GPUs up to 400mm in length can be installed in the standard horizontal orientation, and vertical GPU mounting is supported via additional expansion slots and an included construction kit. CPU cooler clearance is rated at up to 170mm. The front panel I/O includes four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a 3.5mm HD audio jack, and a dedicated microphone jack.
