The ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/AC is a full-size ATX motherboard built around the AMD B550 chipset, designed for AMD AM4 socket processors including 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen (Matisse) series. It combines a solid feature set with integrated wireless connectivity, making it a compelling platform for AMD-based gaming and productivity builds. Power delivery is handled by an 8-phase Digi Power design paired with ASRock Super Alloy components, including a premium 50A power choke and 2oz copper PCB layers. These features contribute to stable voltage delivery during sustained workloads and overclocking sessions. The XXL aluminum alloy heatsink helps manage thermal output from the VRM area. For memory, the board provides four DDR4 DIMM slots supporting dual-channel operation with a maximum capacity of 128GB. With Matisse (Ryzen 3rd Gen) CPUs, DDR4 speeds up to 4533 MHz (OC) are supported; with compatible APUs, speeds up to 4733 MHz (OC) are achievable.
