The MSI MAG B760 Tomahawk WiFi DDR4 is an ATX-form-factor motherboard built on Intel's B760 chipset, designed for LGA1700-socket processors from Intel's 12th and 13th Generation Core, Pentium Gold, and Celeron families. It delivers a well-rounded feature set for gaming and productivity builds that demand reliable connectivity, strong storage expandability, and capable overclocking headroom within a mid-range platform. At the heart of the power delivery sits a 12+1+1 Duet Rail Power System fed by dual 8-pin CPU power connectors, giving the board the headroom needed to run higher-TDP processors without throttling. Four DDR4 slots accept up to 128 GB of memory and support frequencies from JEDEC-standard 2133 MHz up to 5333 MHz under XMP/OC profiles, making it equally suited to entry-level and enthusiast memory kits. Expansion is covered by a primary PCIe 5.0 x16 slot fed directly by the CPU, a secondary PCIe 3.0 x4 slot from the chipset, and a PCIe 4.0 x1 slot. Storage options include three M.2 slots—M.2_1 connected to the CPU at PCIe 4.0 x4 and supporting up to 22110-length drives, M.2_2 and M.2_3 both chipset-fed at PCIe 4.0 x4 (M.2_3 also supports SATA mode)—plus four SATA 6 Gb/s ports with RAID 0/1/5/10 support. All M.2 slots are covered by MSI's M.2 Shield Frozr thermal solution. Wireless connectivity is handled by an Intel Wi-Fi 6E module pre-installed in the M.2 Key-E slot, covering 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands at up to 2.4 Gbps with MU-MIMO TX/RX, alongside Bluetooth 5.3. Wired networking uses a Realtek 2.5 Gbps LAN controller. The rear I/O panel includes HDMI 2.1 (4K 60 Hz), DisplayPort 1.4 (8K 60 Hz), four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port (20 Gbps), and optical S/PDIF output. Audio is managed by a Realtek ALC897 codec with 7.1-channel output. For builders who value RGB customisation, the board carries two ARGB V2 headers and two standard RGB headers, alongside four EZ Debug LEDs for rapid POST diagnostics.
