The MSI MAG COREFROZR AA13 is a single-tower CPU air cooler designed for mainstream gaming and productivity builds. Finished in white, it integrates seamlessly into clean, light-themed systems while delivering capable thermal performance through a well-engineered heat dissipation stack. At the heart of the cooler are four 6 mm direct-touch copper heat pipes that make contact directly with the CPU surface, bypassing an intermediary base plate to transfer heat more efficiently into the aluminium fin array. The fin stack comprises 50 tightly packed cooling fins arranged to minimise airflow resistance while maximising surface area, keeping temperatures stable even during extended workloads. A 120 mm CycloBlade7 fan with rifle bearings handles airflow. Rifle bearings are known for lower operating noise and extended service life compared to sleeve-bearing alternatives, and the fan is PWM-controlled so speed adjusts dynamically based on system thermal demand. ARGB lighting on the fan can be synchronised and customised through MSI CENTER software, allowing the cooler to match the rest of a themed build. The top cover features a laser-etched MSI Dragon emblem, adding a premium aesthetic detail.
